Sign up Page

Hey all what's cracking?

While filling out the sign up page there is an option to 'view forum rules' before clicking summit.

I clicked this button to view what the rules were and rather than taken to a page with all the rules it gave me that 'no sufficient privilages' page ?

Not sure if there is anyway you can fix it or not, just that it asks to agree to rules which you can't read before signing up.
