Ummmmm what is this?

Hey Gang,

I've been closely watching my tank (as we all do) for little snails and other things that may harm my CRS that are coming (one more sleep) P

After noticing a fair amount of damage/loss of plant matter I noticed this creature in my tank on one of the wisteria leaves.

Anyone know if this is a known issue or did I have a vegan aquaman transform into a underwater caterpillar drop into my tank? :/

Is there a chance of there being more than one pretty soon or a one of you think?

Cheers :)

Nymphula depunctalis also called a chinagraph moth and a rice caseworm. It'll eat your plants, pluck em all out, they need an adult phase to reproduce so you will be free of them eventually.

Thanks so much Chris, thought it may have been beetle larva by the link Dean gave me to scan.

I just sat at the tank for over an hour and can't see anymore signs of them.

Cheers for your help Dean n Chris
