Barney Springs Atherton Table lands

Yeah but even native fish in the wrong place can have negative effects.

Even natives moved between different river systems can potentially affect the genetic makeup of populations, possibly destroying distinct regional populations.

Yep, Bob and I stopped at Lake Eacham whilst I was up there. Of the six species of fish we saw, NONE were endemic to the lake - and what's more, as Kizshrimp alluded to, the one fish that was endemic no longer occurs there.

Those little Guppies are breeding well at the moment and staying small.

Mouth Almightys were not the only thing put in lake Eacham as Ben said, a farmer put fish in to go fishing there and look what happened, there is a Rainbow in there to, but its from the Barron river and a splendida

We are on the trail of a simular spots on the Atherton table lands and one near Cooktown, what are they going to hold???
