Hi everyone

Hi guys,

I'm a relative beginner to shrimp/fish keeping, but I'm loving it. I currently keep CRS, red cherries, yellow cherries (separate to the reds of course), DAS, Darwin Red Nose, blue and white zebra (sold under that name, not sure what they really are).

I also have a couple of tanks of various fish.

My setups are not fancy at all (yet), but I am learning all the time :)

My other main hobby is photographing all those fish and shrimp! Hope to contribute and learn from this forum.

sounds like a very good mix of shrimp you have already, will be great to see how the Blue & white zebra caridina go for you as not many people have had to much luck.

Hey nogi, remember how I was so impressed by your 4ft main tank? I've finally been given the approval to get a 4x2x2, but mine will be for fish, not shrimp :P I'll still have a tank for shrimp and another for my Betta.

Thanks Nogi! I'll install it later. I was more thinking about location of flash (soft box or not) to the angle of the camera, etc.

Wow I'm blown away by your zebra pics, would love to know how long you have had them, your conditions for keeping and if you have had breeding success. I think this is my next shrimp to delve into over the newer kk etc, very keen to see the local option expanded into the hobby!
