Boy or Girl?

After all the discussions about improving the quality of our Red cherries in Oz, I went through my tank and caught a large number of quality cherries and traded them with 2OFUS. Every now and then, a couple more come out of the plant jungle. This one in particular was of interest to me. I think it may be a boy, so I put it out to all the sexing experts, whatcha reckon?

Its a tough one, may need to be a bit bigger. IMO the 3rd photo leads me towards a female due to the underside of the tail shape.

When you come around to look at the tanks, grab some of my select reds if you want.

I think a male, and if so a very nice male at that. If its a female she is certainly high grade to be so well coloured at a young age.

I will isolate the shrimp when I next cross it's path.....

All intentions are good until you want a specific shrimp in the jungle

They don't touch them at all. The only ones I have seen have a go at them are the SAE. I have a stack of bristlenose cats in there, and the shrimp eat side by side with them.

Time for an update.

What does everyone think of this red cherry now that it has grown some more?

Male or female?

Ok, thanks for the opinions. I suspected as much when I saw the beginning of the curved underbelly area. I shall keep searching the jungle for more prospective males.
