Shrimp Minerals?

Hey everyone, just wondering what everyone's using? Positives & negatives? Also what would be best to use for Cherries & CRS. My rainwater TDS is at about 40ppm so it's good for lowering TDS but I have to add a little something to it for WC :encouragement:

I personally use Benibachi Mineral Powder & Balls....I 1st started out with Shirakura Mineral Rock, and still use them today, although the Benibachi powder/balls would cover the mineral addition of the rocks. Definitely the Salty Shrimp 6.5 for CRS & 7.5 for Cherries. If you're using RO or Rainwater, these additive are critical...no negatives..... Just keep your TDS between 150-250 for CRS....Cherries can have a much higher range of TDS...

Thanks BB, I've got the mineral balls in the tank & also some powder rocks in there too, can you OD with these? I will look at getting some of the salty shrimp

If you monitor the TDS/Ec and use the salty shrimp to balance the tank water up to 150-250 TDS, then all is good.
