pH: 8.0

Ammonia: 1.0 ppm

Your shrimp is dying, i'm afraid to say. But you have 1ppm of ammonia, that is enough to kill any fish let alone shrimps.

Is this a brand new uncycled tank?

You should never add any fish or shrimp into a tank that has detectable ammonia.

The pH is a bit too high for cherry shrimps as well. They do better closer to the 7.0 pH mark. But the main issue here is the ammonia levels.

Do you have another more mature tank that you can move the shrimp into immediately?
