Wondering do I have planaria

So I've noticed I have these really small and i mean small white worms, well i think they're worms in my 30ltr tank. The question is are they Planaria? If they're not should I be worried for my Red rili shrimp I have?

I could try and take a photo but not sure they will show up their that small

I'd say no. They are very common and nearly all tanks have some of them. They are probably just nematodes. Look up planaria and see the shape of the head. Do your worms have this shape?

Had a look at some photos of them and no the things i have don't have a arrow tip head. They are sooo small all they look like is a very thin white line. Thanks Heavyd for putting my mind at ease

Try cutting back feeding and if you can, vacuum the gravel regularly.

If its what I think it is then they are okay and just bloom when you overfeed.
