Posting a care guide I wrote up from my own years of experiences and trials. 

Also posting a care guide from my experience keeping a mud crab. As there was no online aquarium care info for them.

Very well. I still breed them. Been about 2 years going strong now since I figured out how to (took a while). Try to keep up the numbers as there's always people wanting to by, buy they grow so slowly.

Just guessing, but I don't think so. They're relatively new to the hobby here in Australia, and usually they can't be found in stores (well I never have). Maybe try Thai Micro crabs, or pom pom crabs.

None of them are available in hong kong, that's why I suggest bringing them in taiwan, as I will be visiting taiwan.

Rare aqua is out of them for now. But I reckon he could, if it's not crazy expensive, or too dangerous for the crabs, or if there aren't any problems with regulations.

It is illegal to export majority of Australian fauna without correct certificates and permits, i only ship within Australia and anyone willing to export is foolish as they would be destroyed by border officials, also in case anyone was wondering i sell my 2 month old juvies for $25 each as they take a huge amount of time to grow

Does anyone know what is the law in taking the thai false spider crabs out of thailand, can I just carry it on the plane, not though the storage baggage.

I would think these are not endangered spieces, and the law isn't strict on these.

getting pass hong kong isn't a problem.

not sure. But you should ask whoever you buy it from in Thailand. They should know.

I'm just asking beforehand, but then again many shops can't be trusted with these information, I was intended to visit Bangkok, next year, If i see them for sale, I'll get some, so there isn't any particular shop.

If they had some in hong kong, there wouldn't be any problem.

The only LEGAL crustacean import for Australia are Brine shrimp, Australia is extremely strict with their biosecurity so i would definitely not attempt to smuggle them into the country as if you're caught the fines are massive and you may face jail penalties as an exotics import/exporter.

Get me on that list! (please) March sounds great, likely wouldn't have been able to accommodate them until next year anyway so gives me time to set up the tank and get some shrimp breeding as well. Any recommendations on min tank size for 5 or so? (and your price for that many).

      Finally set up the 30L Shrimp Tank

      It has been a few weeks now and I have done a couple of large water changes. I tested the water parameters this morning, GH6 and KH2, TDS 140 and PH 7.5. Obviously the PH is off but there isn't anything in the tank that should cause the PH to rise to this figure so I will just run the tank for another month with 10% weekly water changes (probably just with RO water) and see where we are at that point. The RO water tests at PH6, and the KH and GH in the tank could come down as they are at the upper limits for Caridina shrimps! There are only about 10 very small snails in there at this point, but they seem to be doing well enough.

      I believe these to be very rare in Australia so you may even consider making it a longer term plan and produce your own by starting with the best CRS you can get as that is where the pure lines started! Depends how patient and interested in the project you are, but would save money as well? If I recall correctly it takes from 8 generations of selective breeding?       Yes it’s super accurate to position where I want now and stay there- I am satisfied.  All the fish and shrimpers are doing excellent! Coming up on 4 years running!

      You must be pleased with that, it looks better and is much more robust and less likely to damage or leaks! The tank looks very natural now it has been running for a time. I see the ember tetras, how are the blue shrimp doing, I see a few? The cat and dog look very content and unimpressed, lol.
