Yeah lol I have noticed, I have so many of those babies feeding on my Frogbit roots, I was thinking maybe in the future I can get assassin snails. I’m also most likely going to get overrun by the Amphipods, but as long they don’t mess with my shrimp it should be okay.
That's not an ingredient list. That is just more marketing speak of what they hope the product does.
But now that I know it's a Shirakura product, I know what it's made of. As suspected, it is a Montmorillonite Clay with calcium carbonate and astaxanthin added.
So unless you want to increase the GH and pH of your water parameters, this is one to avoid.
Getting a TDS meter is good advice from Simon.
It makes maintenance a lot easier by aiding in parameter measurements. Have a read of my article titled "TDS and why it's important" (so something like that).
