My Rilis

Just wanted to share some rilis which I got off my mate Gbang earlier this week

I know Rilis aren't everyone's cup of tea but I have always been fascinated with how beautiful they look when they are berried!

All different type of patterns

This is one my favorite patterns, looks like a red nose/hino/rili mix

Three Musketeers haha

With some yellows settling in, feeding on a pellet

Honestly I don't think they have colored up yet as they have been in the breeding box for a few days

Pretty sure the coloration should be more intense once it gets onto the substrate

Can't wait!

One question i have reguarding the breeding of rillis, say if i got a rilli female and bred it with a normal male without rilli genes, what persent would be rilli or would you even get any rilli's?

hope you dont mind me posting it here HexaD.

No worries, I had a similar question as I will be housing the yellows with Rilis and was wondering they would breed into yellow rilis, but from what I have read, they will breed into the wild cardinia type

Hopefully someone else has a confirmed answer here :)
